1. Parties

These Terms of Use apply to the services of:

By purchasing an access token and using the tool, you ("user") agree to these terms.

2. What is being sold?

You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable access token granting 30 days of access to the advanced energy ROI calculator at myroitool.nl. The token entitles only the purchaser to access and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

3. Access and expiry

The token is activated at the time of purchase and expires automatically after 30 days. Extension is available at the same price. Upon expiry, all saved calculation data is automatically deleted. You are responsible for exporting your data before the expiry date.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via Mollie. The price shown at checkout indicates whether it is inclusive or exclusive of VAT. Payment is required upfront; access is granted once payment is confirmed.

5. No right of withdrawal — digital product

No right of withdrawal applies. Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By completing payment and accepting these terms, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. No refunds will be given.

6. Disclaimer of advice

The tool provides estimates based on user-supplied inputs and publicly available benchmarks. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, or technical advice. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the calculations. Always verify actual rates and installation prices with a certified installer.

7. Acceptable use

The tool may only be used for personal or professional purposes. It is prohibited to:

• resell or share your token;
• query the tool in an automated manner (scraping, bots);
• reuse calculations in commercial publications without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current access period.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. The most current version is always available at myroitool.nl/terms.
